		David Billingham LL.M. Head of Practice Founded the Practice in January 1978 having previously been a Partner in a long established Gloucester Practice. Throughout the thirty years since the practice was established David has continued to develop the key strengths in order to provide both the Private Client and the Commercial Client with a wide range of legal services. His own practice is diverse including: Property law-in particular Commercial Property. He leads the Criminal Section being an Accredited Higher Courts Advocate (Criminal). He has been a Duty Solicitor since the creation of the Scheme and served for a number of years on the Legal Services Commission Regional Committee. He is an Accredited Expert in Children law and a long-standing Member of the Law Society Children Panel. He was the founding Chairman of the Gloucestershire Independent Advocacy Service for Looked after Children and those in Need. He has a particular interest in Inquests as he held appointment as HM Coroner for a number of years.

		Carolyn Lilley G.Inst.L.Ex Associate With a sound commercial knowledge, enhanced by a wide range of qualifications gained through the Institute of Legal Executives, Carolyn is ideally placed to lead the Private Client Section of the practice. 		John Lynch LL.B (Hons) Solicitor Associate Gained wide litigation experience in Ireland before joining the practice. Having taken Advanced Criminal Practice as part of his formal training it was natural he would specialise in the field of Criminal Law. Within the practice he initially undertook extensive work in the Crown Court and since qualification has become a recognised Advocate in the Magistrates Courts throughout the area. John is known for the thoroughness of his preparatory work before every case. He also has an interest in Employment law.

		Aimee Flynn LL. B (Hons) Solicitor Member of Resolution After qualifying with a Gloucester based law firm Aimee has specialized in family law including relationship breakdown, divorce, financial matters, cases involving domestic violence and children matters. She aims to ensure that emotional issues are dealt with in a sensitive yet practical manner and adopts a friendly and supportive approach to all work undertaken. She appreciates how challenging it can be for clients to deal with issues involving family breakdown or children. As well as family law, Aimee also has experience in general civil litigation work. Aimee is a member of Resolution, a body of professionals who are dedicated to resolving family disputes constructively in a non-confrontational way, and is also a Trustee of the Gloucester and District Citizens Advice Bureau.

		Melanie Routledge Has been involved in the Residential Property sector for a number of years both within the practice and in her previous firm. As Client Manager within the Property Section of the practice she has considerable experience in the legal issues arising from the sale or purchase of residential properties including Estate Developments.
